About This Plan

This classic brick ranch with a 518 square foot bonus room, private bath and additional storage comes in right under 3,000 square feet. The covered front porch is iconic in style with columns adorning the 11’ high ceiling and continues into the entry way. The family room is spacious, has a rear wall of windows and has French doors leading to the massive rear screened porch highlighted by six skylights. The dining room is an open, atrium style room with a wall of windows while the breakfast nook offers a triple bay window.
